What we see in Lynn
A combi boiler that would not heat the house
On a Navien combi boiler a failed three-way diverter valve could not send water to space heat. The call for heat kept running through the hot water heat exchanger, and the boiler's internal circulator pump wore out. Both parts were replaced under warranty, and the customer had heat and hot water again.
A new homeowner's first maintenance
For a customer who had just bought a house in Lynn, Shane added a shut-off with a drain on the house side of the water meter, with adapters for the fine-thread brass water main, for emergencies. He also cut out corroding SharkBite fittings and repiped with press fittings.
