A half bath added, and a house main upsized

Shane added a small half bathroom on the first floor and fixed an illegally vented and piped laundry and kitchen. The water meter was raised out of its pit, the house main went up to 3/4 inch, and each fixture group runs back to a manifold at the owner's request.

A leaking saddle valve with no shut-offs

An old saddle valve that was no longer in use leaked, and there were no shut-off valves under the sink, so the owner had to turn the water off to the whole house. New shut-offs went in under the sink and the leaking faucet was replaced.

Repeat customers
