What we handle
Faucets and sinks
A new faucet where the old one leaked onto the counter. A rotted basket strainer and a worn garbage disposal replaced, with the piping under the sink tidied to give back storage space.
Toilets
Toilets repaired or swapped for new ones, including running and leaking toilets.
Tub drains and shower valves
Tub drain stoppers changed to a toe-touch style, tub spouts replaced, and shower valves opened up and worked on.
Laundry valves
Old gate-style draw-offs replaced with single-handle valves that shut off all the way.
Outdoor hose bibs
Old spigots swapped for frost-free ones.
Water filters and softeners
A full-house water filter with a carbon water softener, for cleaner, softer water.

A dripping tub spout, a running toilet or a leaky faucet can cost more the longer it runs, and small water spots on a ceiling can mean more than they look. Call or text a photo, and Shane will tell you what it needs.
