Plumber in Stoneham, MA: remodel plumbing
A new bathroom and laundry stack, and a repiped kitchen, in a Stoneham second-floor remodel.
Shane has plumbed two remodels in Stoneham: a second-floor apartment (photos from June 2025) and a house that was wrapped up and ready for new homeowners (shared March 2026). Photos of the first one are below.
What we see in Stoneham
A new bathroom and a laundry on the second floor
The existing bathroom stayed where it was. Shane added a new full bathroom and its stack at the front of the house, run up from the basement. He also ran a new laundry stack so the second-floor apartment could have a washer and dryer.
A kitchen kept in place and repiped
The kitchen location stayed the same. Shane repiped it to bring it up to date and up to code.
